Jewel tones and decorative accents on the walls of daughter Mimi's bedroom were inspired by colorful handmade furniture from Shoestring Creations. Each piece includes the little girl's name. When Mimi gets a little older, a wall-mounted ladder will be installed to provide access to the loft.

Inside, a spacious great room, kitchen and bar area emphasize the Cozens' preference for a laid-back lifestyle. Each of the children's rooms has a loft, and the older boys have a private media room outfitted with sound boarding. The understated master suite includes a luxurious bathroom and an exercise room.
