Randy this. Randy that.

It's impossible to walk through the Cozens residence without hearing about Randy. He did, after all, design the house, the pool, the landscaping and the interiors. One company he owns built it; another did the exterior stucco and interior plaster. Randy himself lent a hand laying rock for the retaining wall and for the pool's waterfall.

So who's Randy?
