Second-story balconies provide dramatic views of pools and fountains.

The Cozens did not intend to build such a large home, but it grew during the process as they relegated general living spaces to one wing and gathering spaces to another. The bedrooms were also grouped together so they could be near their children at night. Each of the home's spaces were used well, despite its size.

"To me, it's not one particular style," Sandy says. "It's a combination of Randy's
thoughts. This is not Old World. Some of the radiuses are more contemporary. It's not Tuscan, either. This house is really a family house. We've made every space very special to make each family member feel like they've got their own area.”
It's just a different definition of home.
