Randy Cozens founded Custom Homes by Randy Cozens 1986. Prior to becoming a home builder, Randy played football in the NFL for the Denver Broncos. After a devastating injury ended his football career, he apprenticed with local builder Terry Witte. Randy learned all phases of design and construction of custom luxury homes.
